Michelle Robinson-Hayes is a dynamic mental health professional and senior manager with over a decade of experience delivering evidence-based training, coaching, and therapeutic services. I design and implement nationwide mental health programmes that improve organisational wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion.
As Founder of The Listening Tree, I have built a successful counselling and training service offering therapy, either through counselling or hypnotherapy. A qualified counselling and hypnotherapy supervisor, career coaching, and critical incident manager. Counselling Supervisor
Michelle is a Counselling Supervisor and has over ten years counselling experience; supervisors Provide guidance and support: Supervisors help counsellors maintain ethical standards and effective practices.

The BACP and National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) recommends that counsellors in full-time practice receive at least 1.5 hours of supervision per month. Counsellors should keep an up- to-date record of their supervision hours.

Michelle has been Career Coaching for many years, and has helped over 150 people this year with advice on their career path.
What is career coaching? Career coaching is a type of advice-giving and support meeting provided by career counsellors to their clients, to help the clients manage their journey through life, learning and work changes. This includes career exploration, making career choices, managing career changes. Through their coaching and teaching abilities, career counsellors can additionally support people in gaining a better understanding of what really matters for them personally, how they can plan their careers autonomously, or help them in making tough decisions and getting through times of crisis. Empirical research attests the effectiveness of career coaching. Professional career coaching can support people with career-related challenges. for them personally, how they can plan their careers autonomously, or help them in making tough decisions and getting through times of crisis.
